After Dr. K approves your application, he will enter your information to the state.

Look for an email from the Florida MMUR to create an email/password with the state database and to pay the annual $70 state fee (online payment directly to Florida).

You can shop as soon as payment is made to the state!

Register on the PA Department of Health Medical Cannabis Program website to get your Patient ID number.

- A valid PA Driver’s License / State ID
- A working email address
