Once approved by Dr. K, please ensure you are up to date with your annual state registration payment of $50.
Those on state benefits may get their $50 registration fee waived online by clicking your appropriate program.
Wait 1–2 weeks from the date of the appointment to receive your new recommendation card in your mailbox.
